Return & Refund Policy – We Fitt

At We Fitt, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
Products showing signs of use, damage, or alteration are not eligible for return.
A valid order number or proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Products purchased during clearance or final sale.
Gift cards.
Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
Products returned without original tags or packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund after verification.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer or UPI after receiving your bank details.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for:

Wrong size (subject to stock availability).
Damaged or defective items.
Incorrect products received.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our mistake (wrong or damaged item), We Fitt will bear the return shipping cost.
For size changes or customer preference, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.
