Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
You will receive an order confirmation email or SMS once your order is successfully placed.

Shipping Time

Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
Other Cities & Towns: 5–7 business days
Remote Areas: 7–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier availability, weather conditions, festivals, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Free Shipping on all prepaid orders across India.
Shipping charges for Cash on Delivery (COD), if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS so you can monitor the status of your shipment.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available for selected PIN codes. Availability will be confirmed during checkout.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make multiple delivery attempts. If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the order, the package may be returned to us.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate when placing your order. We Fitt is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Damaged or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged or if any item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the package and product.
